Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 [Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate basic matters regarding the conditions and procedures for using the Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by 4VEL (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
① These terms and conditions take effect by notifying the user through the service screen or other methods.
② The site may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions take effect by notifying or notifying them in the same way as in paragraph 1.
Article 3 (Definition of Terms)
Definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.
① Member: Refers to an individual or group that has concluded a service use contract with the site or has been granted a user ID.
② Applicant: An individual or group applying for membership.
③ ID: A combination of letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the site for member identification and service use.
④ Password: A combination of letters and numbers determined by the member to confirm that the member is a member that matches the ID given to the member and to protect the member's own confidentiality.
⑤ Cancellation: The site or member cancels the service use contract.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 4 (Establishment of the contract of use)
① By clicking the Agree button at the bottom of the Terms of Use, you are deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
② The contract of use is established when the site accepts the application for use after the person who wishes to use the service agrees to the terms of use.
Article 5 (Application for Use)
① In order for the applicant to use this service, he/she must record and submit the user information requested in the prescribed registration application form on the site.
② All user information written in the subscription application form is considered to be real data. Users who do not enter their real name or real information may not receive legal protection and may be restricted from service.
Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)
① The site approves the application for use of the service with the exception of the cases of paragraphs 2 and 3 for the applicant.
② In the following cases, the site may withhold approval until the reasons for restrictions on approval for the application are resolved.

Article 7 (Change of User Information)
If the member information entered at the time of application for use is changed, the member must revise it online, and the member is responsible for all problems arising from not changing it.
Chapter 3 Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 8 (Obligations of the site)

② The site cannot disclose, disclose, or distribute personal information of members acquired in connection with the provision of services to others without the consent of the members, and cannot be used for commercial purposes other than service-related business. However, there are exceptions in cases falling under 1 of each of the following subparagraphs.
go. When there is a request from a national institution in accordance with the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications
me. When there is an investigation purpose for a crime or there is a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee

③ The site is obliged to provide services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.
Article 9 (Responsibilities of Members)
① Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the service.
go. Illegal use of another member's ID
me. Acts of copying, modifying, publishing and broadcasting information obtained from the service for purposes other than the use of members without prior consent of the site, or providing it to others
All. Acts that infringe on the site's copyright or other rights such as the copyrights of others
la. Distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals to others
mind. Acts that are objectively judged to be related to a crime

② Members must comply with relevant laws and regulations, matters stipulated in these terms and conditions, service use guidelines, and precautions.
③ Members must comply with the usage restrictions posted on the service notice by the site or separately announced by the content.
Chapter 4 Service provision and use
Article 10 (Responsibilities of Members for Member ID and Password Management)
① Members are responsible for all management of ID and password. Members are solely responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in management and illegal use of IDs and passwords assigned to members.
② In case of illegal use of their ID or other security violations, members must notify the site of the fact.
Article 11 (Service Restriction and Suspension)
① In the event of a war, incident, natural disaster, or a national emergency equivalent thereto, or there is a possibility that a national emergency may occur, and there are other force majeure reasons such as suspension of the telecommunication service by the key telecommunication service provider in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act, the service You can limit or suspend all or part of it.
② When the site restricts or suspends the use of the service in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, the site shall notify the member without delay of the reason and period of restriction.
Chapter 5 Changes and Termination of Contract Matters
Article 12 (Change of information)
If a member wants to change customer information such as address and password, he or she can change it using the member information change service on the website.
Article 13 (Cancellation of Contract Matters)
The member may cancel the service use contract, and in the case of cancellation, the member must apply for cancellation through the service directly or by phone or online on the site. The site restricts the member's use of the service from the day the cancellation request is received. If a member intends to terminate the contract of use due to any of the following clauses 1, the site shall notify the user of the intention at least 7 days prior to the cancellation action and give the user an opportunity to explain.
① In the event that the user violates the restrictions on use or does not resolve the reasons for the restriction within the period of restriction on use
② In case the Information and Communication Ethics Committee requests for use
③ If the customer does not respond to the statement of opinion without justifiable reasons
④ In the event that an application is made in the name of another person or a contract of use is concluded with false information in the application form or with false documents attached
The site may restrict subscription for a period set separately for users who have been canceled in accordance with the above regulations.
Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
① The site is exempted from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain expected benefits from the provision of services, or by the selection or use of service materials.
② The site is exempted from liability in case the service is disrupted or the member's data is damaged due to reasons attributable to the member or intentional by a third party.
③ The site is exempted from responsibility for the content of materials posted or transmitted by members.
④ In the case of a domain with trademark rights, the responsibility for any damage or compensation that may occur due to this rests with the member who purchased it, and the site does not take any responsibility for it.
Article 15 (Competent Court)
In the event of a dispute between the site and the member in relation to the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the site's headquarters shall be the competent court.
