Dr. Mariya Gornova is a certified dermatologist and cosmetologist from Russia, who has more than 10 years of experience in the aesthetic field. We met during Dubai Derma 2024 and spent quite a lot of time discussing aesthetic trends and what they possibly can mean for the field.

Q: Good afternoon Dr. Mariya. I hope you are doing well. To kick off I would like to know your opinion about recent aesthetic trends.
A: The latest trends I can see based on my experience are different ways of using Botox and, at the same time a lot of new fillers are appearing in the market.
Q: That sounds right. We know that you are not only performing procedures, but you are also teaching.
A: Yes, that’s correct. I usually teach how to use products, such as Botox, fillers, PCL, or PLA.
Q: That’s great! It sounds like you are constantly learning new techniques and products.
A: Yes. I am fond of increasing my skills and learning something new. Recently I have tried your product and I loved it! The texture was so easy to inject, and it was not lumping whatsoever! Love the product.
Q: Thank you! I am happy to hear that. My last question would be about what motivates you to constantly self-develop.
A: I would say my clients. I love to help them feel beautiful, and their kind words are what make me keep going.
